Senior & Managing Partner
Chandra Mohan (FCCA, CPA [Aust], CPA [Singapore], SIATP) is a Public Accountant registered with The Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) of Singapore. He is a member of the Instituted of Certified Public Accountant of Singapore (ICPAS), the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) UK and CPA Australia and the Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals. He is the senior auditor and managing partner S C Mohan & Associates.
He has been in accounting and auditing field since 1992 and has vast knowledge and experience in audit, taxation, accountancy related jobs, business advisory and corporate secretarial matters and held senior management positions with various audit firms and as worked in the Income Tax department.
Audit & Tax Consultant
Lim Lian Soon (FCCA, FCPA [Aust], FCPA [Singapore], SIATP) has more than 30 years experience in audit, taxation, accountancy work. Lim Lian Soon is our consultant and advisor on major assignments we undertake. He is a practising Certified Public Accountant and also lectures in CPE and in-house courses for the ICPAS and government agencies.

V. Vimmala Sree (B. Acc, MBA, CPA [Singapore]) is a Public Accountant registered with The Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) of Singapore. She is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountant of Singapore (ICPAS) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
She has been in the accounting and audit field since 2003. Prior to joining the firm, she has experience working in medium sized CPA firms for several years. She has also worked in the capacity as a tax agent in an international public accounting firm and as an internal auditor for a local bank.
K. Rukoomani is a Company Secretary, who has been in the corporate secretarial field since 1995 and has sound knowledge and experience in corporate secretarial practices and she is a director of AM Corporate Services Pte. Ltd. since May 2002.
Prior to joining AM Corporate Services, she has worked 2 years in a reputable medium size CPA firm and 5 years in M & C Services Pte Ltd (secretarial division of KPMG).
